PRESIDENT
Seth Friedman
Seth Friedman created Septon Development Group in 2000 and has extensive knowledge and experience in multiple areas of the construction industry. He attended and graduated from Arizona State University. He is a complex and creative individual that has unique business strategies. Seth inherently understands that the client is the most valuable asset any organization can have. He credits his success to family, friends, employees, and long-term loyal clients. Seth holds himself and his team to the highest standards, which creates an environment of trust and continued relationships with valued clients. With these key elements, he loves and lives the business he created, every day.
VICE PRESIDENT
Donny Bolen
Donny Bolen, an expert in Construction Management, is the Vice President of Operations at Septon Development Group, LLC. Donny is a native to Arizona and attended Arizona State University for Computer Systems Engineering. Prior to working at Septon Development, Donny worked eleven years as Vice President and Channel Marketing Manager for the Credit Card Division of Bank of America, as well as honed his construction skills as a fabricator/manager for EFI, Inc. Septon Development has benefitted greatly due to Donny’s experience with owning various companies-including real estate investment, stone fabrication, and general contracting.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mike Carroll
Mike Carroll serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Septon Development Group, where he is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of all SDG business entities. In this role, he oversees organizational performance, operational strategy, cross‑departmental alignment, and execution across Septon’s expanding portfolio as well as corporate compliance and supports the governance functions for Septon Development Group’s businesses.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) with an emphasis in International Trade from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
CONTROLLER
Daniel Kesen
Daniel Kesen was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 1997. Daniel has 25 years in accounting and finance and joined Septon Development in 2012 as Controller. Daniel oversees the accounting and finance department. It is his financial expertise and high attention to detail, that contribute to the success of the organization. Daniel is an army veteran and in his free time, enjoys going to concerts and traveling with his wife Kelly.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Joei Mueller
Joei Mueller is a Business Development Specialist at Septon Development Group, LLC where she fosters long-term lasting relationships with new and existing clients. She is an Arizona Native and attended and graduated from Arizona State University. She has business development experience in varying industries including media and construction. Joei focuses her energy on cultivating and maintaining client relationships and supporting the future growth of the company. Joei believes communication is the main building block to creating and maintaining successful relationships.
HR Manager
Carmen Ursino
Carmen Ursino is the HR Mnager at Septon Development Group, LLC where she enjoys working with and building relationships with the employees. Carmen was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 2020 to be closer to family. Carmen brings with her over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her dedication to the company and employees, fosters a positive and enjoyable work environment for everyone at Septon Development. Carmen’s teamwork and continued collaboration shines through in all she accomplishes.
